MINNEAPOLIS — A No Travel Advisory and road closures are in place for a large portion of the state on Wednesday morning after high winds and blowing snow caused whiteout conditions from Fergus Falls to Moorhead . According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), Interstate 94 from Fergus Falls to Moorhead and Highway 210 from Breckenridge to Fergus Fall are closed. The No Travel Advisory is in place on several state and federal highways in Big Stone, Clay, Grant, Pope, Stevens, Swift, Traverse and Wilkin counties, including US 75, US 2 and Highway 200.
