Students, alumni, and faculty pose with plaque commemorating the 20th anniversary of M State. MOORHEAD — Minnesota State Community and Technical College is celebrating its 20th anniversary. A brief ceremony was held at the Moorhead campus the afternoon of Thursday, Sept. 28, and was attended by students, alumni and staff. A commemorative plaque was placed beneath a recently-planted tree on campus in honor of the milestone. M-State President Carrie Brimhall said it's a good time to reflect on the growth they've seen since their four campuses in Moorhead, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, and Wadena came together.
