Minnesota State Moorhead Dragons September 26, 2023 at 10:21 PM LAKE CITY, Minnesota — Minnesota Stat Moorhead sophomore Halle Balluff set new 18- and 36-hole school scoring records to lead the Dragon women's golf team at Winona State's Watkins Invitational. Balluff shot an opening round 75 to reset the MSUM school record held by Chelsey (Ouren) McGinnis (76), a record which had stood since 2009. With a 76 in round two, Balluff's 151 cumulative score also set a new 36-hole low.
