MOORHEAD (KFGO) – A Moorhead woman is jailed in Ottertail County following a high-speed pursuit late Tuesday night. A Minnesota State Trooper was on I-94 near Rothsay around 10:30 p.m. when they spotted a westbound Ford Mustang matching the description of a vehicle that had fled from Alexandria police two hours earlier. The trooper attempted to stop the vehicle in Rothsay but the driver was speeding and fled the trooper. The pursuit went for approximately 30 miles into Wilkin County and then into Clay County where a deputy deployed a tire-disabling device and the trooper used a pursuit intervention technique to stop the car and the 38-year-old female driver was taken into custody.
