MOORHEAD — The city of Moorhead has been awarded $2 million in state grant money to construct streets and utilities within the MCCARA Industrial Park.The city expects five businesses to fill in the proposed lots off Interstate 94 at 34th Avenue South within the next five years, according to a press release from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
