(Moorhead, MN) -- The Moorhead City Council is presenting the Moorheart Award to a "driving" force in the community. The City Council says Bill Bartholomay is one of the key people behind Moorhead's Cruise Night and a person who encourages others to find ways to help people in the community in unique ways. In a letter nominating Bartholomay, they say he and several Minnesota State Community and Technical College Students fixed up a vehicle for a nurse and mother of seven who did not have her own vehicle, and gave her the keys once the vehicle was in working condition again.
