MOORHEAD — The Great Plains Food Bank's Mobile Food Pantry made deliveries across Clay County on Wednesday, July 26. The truck dropped off palates of food at the Glyndon Community Food Pantry as well as A Place for Hope Food Pantry in Moorhead. At A Place for Hope, members of the Dilworth Lions Club, the Moorhead Business Association, and other community members helped pack the food that was dropped off into to-go bags. Darrell Vasvick, executive director of A Place For Hope, said the assistance they receive from the Great Plains Food Bank via the Mobile Pantry, roughly every three months, is crucial to helping the more than 900 families they serve each month.
