MOORHEAD — Gas prices in the Fargo-Moorhead area are climbing and people are feeling the effects at the pump. According to AAA, Fargo is averaging $3.69 per gallon, and Moorhead is averaging $3.79 per gallon as of Aug. 4. Both of those are a more than 15 cents a gallon increase compared to the week prior. But both cities are below the current national average of $3.83 per gallon.
