Enclave, a real estate development firm based in West Fargo, North Dakota, has promoted Ty Ochsendorf to regional manager. Ochsendorf joined the company in 2019 as community manager and has more than seven years of experience in property management, according to a press release. He started in the Fargo-Moorhead area and recently joined Enclave's St. Louis Park office. As regional manager, Ochsendorf will lead a team in overseeing properties across the Twin Cities metro, the press release notes.
