MOORHEAD — Talks continue in Minnesota's capital as the debate about school resource officers heat up. Two districts, including Moorhead, have yanked officers from the classroom due to uncertainty about a new law passed by lawmakers this session. The previous version of the law said school resource officers could use force to restrain a student, or to prevent bodily harm or death. The new version of the education bill said it's only acceptable to restrain a student to prevent bodily harm or death.
