UPDATE: MOORHEAD (KFGO) – A murder in Moorhead Thursday night. Police say 25-year-old Douglas James Swenson II, of Moorhead, is in custody at the Clay County Jail pending formal charges in the killing. Officers were dispatched to an apartment in the 3300 block of 12 Street South for a call of a possible disturbance. Police were met at the door by a male, later identified as Swenson. During questioning in the hallway, he became uncooperative and was tased by officers and taken into custody. Once police entered the apartment, they located the male victim dead.
