The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is seen Friday, March 10, 2023, assisting with a homicide investigation at the Southview Apartments at 3302 12th St. S in Moorhead. By Matt Henson and Forum staff MOORHEAD — Police have arrested a man in connection to a homicide in south Moorhead late Thursday, March 9. Around 11:30 p.m., police were called to Southview Apartments, 3302 12th St. S., for a disturbance. When police arrived, officers were met at the door by Douglas James Swenson II, the Moorhead Police Department said in a news release.
