In response to " Avoid Moorhead's chaos candidates " by Jim Shaw:The Moorhead School District has been failing the children in its mission to develop the maximum potential of every learner. Student academic assessment scores for science, reading and math have dropped dramatically since 2013, from nearly 60% to about 40% of students attaining grade level proficiency.
