(Willmar MN-) MnDot says Highway 71 was temporarily closed from Blomkest to Olivia due to a crash earlier this morning but has now reopened. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department asked motorists not to travel in the southern half of the county, especially the southwest quadrant. The sheriff's office says they are fielding several calls of people in vehicles stalled or stranded. There were rollover crashes reported on Highway 23 in Spicer and on the entrance ramp from South 1st Street onto the Highway 23 Bypass near Menards.
