Scene of 2015 crash that killed two brothers from Moorhead ST. PAUL, Minn. (KFGO) – An appeals court panel has ruled against a Moorhead couple whose two sons were killed in a 2015 traffic crash near Dalton, Minnesota. Three judges with the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal of Ray and Kathie Kvalvog. They took their claims to US District Court Judge Eric Tostrud after a state jury in Moorhead ruled against them. Tostrud dismissed the case because similar issues were previously heard in state court.
